We will only process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We need certain personal data in order to provide you with access to the Site. If you registered with us, you will have been asked to tick to agree to provide this information in order to access our services, purchase our products, or view our content. We always try to provide a high level of care for our service users and understand that there may be occasions when you will you may not always be happy with the service we provide. We will reply to your complaint within 3 days and in any event, within 28 days. If you are not satisfied you have the option to make a complaint about the service. Please email dom.care@vincentiancareplus.org.uk for a copy of our complaints policy or call the office and ask to speak to a manager who can ensure you get a copy. The feedback we get from service users is used to improve our services.
