Exceptional Care
Vincentian Care Plus is a registered domiciliary or homecare provider. This means we offer a range of services to people within the comfort of their own or loved one’s home.
These services range from shopping, light housework and companionship to intimate personal care, medication assistance, rehabilitation and end of life support. Staff are trained to manage a range of needs arising from disabilities, medical or neurological conditions such as dementia, and frailties associated with ageing.
We are all unique with differing backgrounds, history, likes and dislikes. Therefore designing and agreeing a bespoke individual support plan, that meets your needs and enhances the quality of your life, is paramount to us.

FUNDING SUPPORT
To determine what sort of support and care would be beneficial to you, a needs assessment is undertaken.
Anyone can request a needs assessment and it is free.
If you do need care, the local authority will do a financial assessment to work out what contribution they will make.
The majority of people who receive our support are funded by the local authority. However, we do have a number of private pay customers.
FAMILY SUPPORT
We know and understand the concern, worry and even guilt family members feel as their loved seeks to adjust to changes in their life. The sense of not being in control or not being there can be frustrating and lead to a range of emotions.
We work hard to keep family members fully informed and run quarterly forums to actively seek feedback so that we can continually strive to improve the service that we offer for the people we support, and for their families.
Safeguarding
It is the legal and moral responsibility of everyone working with vulnerable adults to protect individuals from suffering physical and mental harm at all times.
